Rustic View Farm Breeders of Champion Morgans

Rustic View Farm is located on 43 acres in the beautiful Baraboo Bluff in Merrimac, Wisconsin.  Owned by Dr. Dean & Wendy Meyer, it began in 1988 with the purchase of a Brunk/Government bred stallion, Maple Blaze.  Starting his show career late, Blaze went on to win numerous Championships in the English Pleasure division.  What was so profound about this Morgan stallion, was his athletic ability.  He trotted above level in a plate and moved off all four feet turning heads whenever he entered the ring. Although, he has since passed, our love for Morgans enabled us to begin a breeding program that has proven to be very successful.

Our mares carry the lines of Mizrahi, Whispering Whammunition, Carlyle Command, Fiddler Wing Command and Noble Flaire, to name a few.

The Rustic View offspring have proven themselves quite successful in the show ring.  They’ve earned Championships in the English, Classic, Western, Hunter and Pleasure Driving Divisions.  Our horses have made us very proud!!
